Problem with sign in


Hello,

 

I’ve just registered in Gopigment and enter a password but I can’t sign in.

Please could you help?

Hi Estelle, 

The Community is linked via SSO, so once you sign into the Pigment App, those details are used also for the Community and you should only have to do it once and then you will remain logged in. I’ve sent you a dm so we can look into this in more detail.

Hi Estelle,

It looks like the problem was due to your local clocks settings being not accurate.
I’m glad it is all resolved now.
