We have an issue with data modeling and security for one of our boards in our people application.
This board concerns new positions belonging to one team, company, department and recruiting manager. All of our metrics are dimensioned by Company x Departement x Teams as when we created the metrics, there was only one manager for each combination. However, the org has changed and there can now be several recruiting managers in one team with no hierarchy relationship. Due to confidentiality reasons a manager cannot see open position details of other managers' even if they belong to the same team.
None of our metrics are dimensioned by employee. So how can we add security based on managers without changing all of our metrics and adding the employee dimension (we have done manual inputs on the metrics so it would erase everything)?
(We have already logged in a ticket but if someone has an idea in the meantime it would be very helpful :) )
