Hi Pigmenters! 

 

My name is Rebe and I am the Head of Customer Experience at Pigment. So happy to be here with you and to have a chance to create this space for all Pigment users to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge with each other!

 

We would love for you to introduce yourselves here in the thread - share where you work, live, your role, and how you use Pigment (share your even bigger Pigment story here).

 

On my side, I am originally from Mexico. I have lived in Toronto, Paris, Brussels, Munich and currently live in London with my husband (French) and two boys (2 and 4 years old). My biggest professional passions are driving value for customers, building engaged and happy teams and supporting in any way I can to help people grow and thrive in their roles.

 

My favorite way to use Pigment at the moment is to manage our team’s capacity, time spent by customer and our support SLAs!

Hi everyone! My name is Chelsea Cowley and I joined Pigment about a month ago to start building our Customer Education program. I’m excited to help Pigmenters grow your skills, and since learning is more fun when we do it together, the Community is a big part of that! 

 

Speaking of communities, outside of Pigment, I’m known as Crash Test Honey – or simply, Crash – in the world of roller derby. When I started skating, I was exhilarated to find a sport that was welcoming to someone like me who doesn’t quite fit the “athletic” mold. Eight years later, I am still completely in love with learning from this incredibly vibrant, caring, and strong group of people.

Hello, hello, hello! I’m Karl and our Scaled Customer Lead here at Pigment - I work across all of our programmes that help you to learn about and use Pigment in new and interesting ways. I joined at the beginning of the year and have been having lots of fun meeting some of you so far, and hearing how you are using Pigment in many different ways.

I live in London (originally from the South West of England) but try to spend a decent amount of time visiting family in the countryside! In a previous career life I have worked in digital communications, shareholder activism, and medicine… here’s a photo of me at Instagram HQ!

my turn, I’m Benoit, I joined Pigment on June 2021 as Tech Support Manager. I set up the Support function and also worked a lot on creating this - amazing - Community. So I am really glad to see more people joining everyday and more content being created!

About me
I live in Chambéry, France, at the foot of the Alps mountains and I must say this is the perfect place for cheese and wine lovers like me 🍷🧀 . I also play football, like Yohann, who I hope to meet on a pitch one day. 
I am a creative person who loves writing and drawing. Recently, I created and published my first children’s book.

At the beginning, It was just about writing a story on rough paper to make my daughter laugh, but at the end it became a real book 🤷‍♂️. From this experience I can say to always trust your ideas and push them as far as you can, you never know what can come out of them!

Hi everyone!

Super excited to be a part of the Pigment community! I have been in the Planning and Performance Management space pretty much my entire career, with time spent in FP&A teams, consulting and implementing different planning tools, and also working for a number of planning software vendors too.

I only got introduced to Pigment recently, but WOW(!) - we’re clearly in a next generation of capabilities and potential! So excited to see what we can do with our users to help them make a huge impact in their roles, and achieve things never-before possible for their companies!

When I’m not geeking out on planning, you’ll find me hanging out with my two boys, Alfie (3) and CJ (1), hiking with my wife, Jenna, or leaving paved roads behind with friends in my Jeep.

Hi Pigment People!


I’m so delighted you’re here reading this.
Ever since Romain (co-CEO and CTO) and I started our journey to create Pigment, we wanted to ensure what we built was powerful, flexible and easy to use. We’re still on that journey but you’ve all been crucial to where we are today.
We’re going to stick around in this Community with you all (hopefully you’ll pop in often) to ensure that we stay true to our values and vision. It means a lot to be able to work with folks like yourselves who have a similar vision to us and understand how Pigment can help you and your own organisations. By coming here, I hope to get plenty of signals and feedback on how we’re doing there. If there are more articles or ideas that you would like to see, just start a discussion!

The first question I have in mind is, how did you end up here ?

If we (Pigment Team) have done well our job, you should be a Pigment customer, or lover or dreamer or something like that. If not, well, still happy to meet you ! (But really wondering what kind of key words you looked into Google!).

Hi everyone!

 

My name’s Keiran and I joined Pigment this week in the Support Team as a Tech Support Manager! I’m incredibly excited to join the Pigment Community!

I’ve previously worked with a few different Planning & Analytics tools in support, although I started my career in the finance department working in Payroll. I really look forward to meeting and working with you all.
